It really is a crock of .... !

Tragically this week, in Seoul, South Korea, government representatives from 176 United Nations (UN) member-states will meet to discuss proposals ostensibly aimed at curbing tobacco use worldwide.I say tragically because Lord only knows what these lunatic tobacco haters will come up with! They will read Clive Bates open letter, consider the contents and then simply carry on with whatever they have already decided. For an unelected mob with no governmental powers they seem to creating havoc where-ever they tread a path with their tobacco eradication programmes.
They want to impose a tobacco tax, nothing new there then. But hang on a minute who the hell are the WHO to dictate that further taxes should be levied on smokers when much of that tax is to be directed toward.....the WHO! We already give these twerps $33m per annum, only to be pauperised as a thank you I would imagine that a certain blubbery creature by the name of Liam Donaldson

 

 (allow smoking.? ....or a seat at the Who?)

will be there: tobacco hater extraordinaire, the man that sold 25% of this country down the proverbial 'swannee' for his seat at the top table, the man that threw a hissy fit and threatened to resign if we were not lumbered with a total smoking ban-what joy, knowing that he will be there discussing the British smokers fate!
 

At present, the WHO depends on the individual UN contributions of member-states to fund its activities. If a given activity is problematic, member-states can potentially adjust their contribution amount up or down.
However, if the WHO is able to establish its own independent funding source, with its budget being funded in part by earmarked global tobacco tax funds, the accountability to which the WHO is currently subject will be diminished. That could have disastrous effects in terms of global health policy, and further jeopardize the sovereignty of individual nations.

In other words, the WHO will have achieved self funding, superpower status without accountability-and we all know full well that without accountability corruption becomes rife!
Corruption aside, well, financial corruption that is, we already know that the WHO have corrupted whatever 'scientific evidence' there may be to suit their own anti tobacco agenda and when you realise the depths of duplicity it beggars belief that governments follow these peoples very word! This little snippet tells you all you want to know about manipulations & fabrication as it seems that no matter how big a lie maybe (or how blatant) if that lie is for the purpose of "public good" then simply march on baby-lie like a 'pig in the old proverbial' and you will no doubt be knighted at some point during your career!

But how does that equate when it comes to drugs.....dangerous drugs that coerce people into leaving this totally corrupted mortal world. Yes folks, we are talking about Pfizers miracle cure for smokers, the one and only CHANTIX! It ought to have on the label, "Guaranteed to quell your cigarette cravings" in big bold letters because it does what it says..... err..... except that recipients of this 'miracle permanent cure' keep on ending up on the slab at the mortuary! My request for the exact number of lawsuits filed against Pfizer regarding Chantix et al has been refused but I am now fully aware that Pfizer are in a big, big hole. This excellent report on the DANGERS of chantix (et al) will, I'm sure, enable Pfizer to settle plenty more complainants 'out of court'. I'm sure that prosecution lawyers will make hay with this bit:

Yet again we come back to the nitty gritty, and exactly why the big pharmaceuticals pushed so hard for smoking bans - ££Money££. They know full well that non smokers live longer and therefore cost the state more & more in pension payouts, housing, social welfare etc but they totally disassociate themselves from that problem as their problem is simply how to make money off the backs of others. And what a job they have done to get to where they are! One of the major players in this tangled web of lies & deceit was the then US Surgeon General, Richard Carmona who grandly stated:

"The debate is over. The science is clear: Secondhand smoke is not a mere annoyance, but a serious health hazard,"

Thanks to this lying, scheming piece of 'trailer trash' a very large percentage of 126million non smoking Americans  fled from smokers in fear of their lives and they passed laws which have cost bar owners dearly over the years. Happily I can report that Carmona lost his bid for the senate seat in Arizona. Hoorah for smokers-a small justice has been registered.

But, we now see that America is in the same financial cesspit as we are, they are grandly marching onward toward bankruptcy! What use are smoking ban laws when people have no money, no jobs, no prospects & no hope? It's no real wonder then that fifteen (yes 15) states have now filed for divorce from the 'good old United States of America' as they obviously feel they have a better chance by governing themselves. "next day update" - 47 states have now filed to divorce themselves from the present administration! Looks like a whole heap of Americans 'just ain't too happy'!

The government allows one month from the day the petition is submitted to obtain 25,000 signatures in order for the Obama administration to consider the request. Well if their government is anything like our government, any state that nears the magical 25,000 signature mark will have to face the fact that a 'ballot box was lost' and therefore not enough signatures were recorded! :) Even New York has filed to be 'out' and that is Bloombergs stompin' ground-wowee! Exciting times undeed. It looks as if the worlds greatest "Land of the Free" is not so free and is crumbling a bit. Mind you, I have to ask the question: What did prohibition produce in the 1920's? So what have the Yanks learnt form it? Not a lot it seems.

Another mindblowing fact has been revealed by the ONS insomuch that 17% of us can now expect to be centenarians-please, please leave me out of that scenario, I have absolutely no wish to be here for another 39 years after witnessing the travesties of the past 5 years! Sweet sufferin', the government are moaning now that the welfare bill is far to high so it won't be too long before you will have to work until you drop! For what factories that are left it will be like years gone by:- man outside with horse & cart shouting "Bring out yer dead". Mind you with unemployment as rife as it is there'll be plenty of live bodies to fill the nightly gaps!

 

Looking at the graph, I think my kids will be working until they are 87 before the state will let them retire!

Quite amusing really how improvements in medicinal care are causing the government giant headaches in regard to welfare bills etc yet government is happy to ban smoking which, according to 'science', shortens life by up to 10 years!  With all this health lunacy you would think that we would be in the gold medal position regarding health/longevity (Life Expectany at Birth Chart) on the world stage but no, we actually only manage to sit in joint 28th-alongside Jordan (not the bird ;) ), a country that has its fair share of bullets & bombs etc. Doesn't really say much then does it. Top of the pops is little Monaco who boast 89.73 years on this planet-best not to move to Angola where 38.76 years would be deemed good!

Having brought in the smoking bans for 'public health' reasons-I know, but you have to ignore all the lies, fabrications, the manipulated statistics & the junk science because we are talking public health here- it is absolutely astounding to find that the

"public health committee is scrapped" (Pardon?)

It's true, bizarre but true.

 A Whitehall ministerial committee set up by the coalition as it pledged to tackle major problems such as obesity, alcohol abuse and growing health inequalities has been scrapped, prompting a furious response from senior doctors.The cabinet subcommittee on public health, hailed by the government as a symbol of its determination to tackle the causes of some of Britain's biggest killers, has been wound up barely two years after it was created.

Hilariously this committee was chaired by non other than everyone's 'love to hate buffoon' Mr Andrew Lansley, who I would imagine by now is wondering just how much further he can fall? In truth, what use are they? The government have all these quangos, these fake charities advising them on what to ban next so what use was the committee-certainly no more use than Lansley ever was with his gargoyle like sidekick Anne Milton!

    

We now have the ludicrous situation whereby more take-away foods rather than less leads to a better lifestyle-ooh, how that must hurt the anti obesity mob.

The wheel, as it always does, is turning. The day of truth is getting closer and closer, the day when these clowns are brought to book is nearing for they cannot keep justifying these bans, these restrictions on this that and the other, nor can they justify prohibition. There are far more pressing problems than somebody smoking a fag or chomping on a kebab, one of them being the nations financial survival! remember the figures here? I wonder just how much bigger they have grown since then?

Pigeons are coming home to roost !

The old saying that pigeons always come home to roost has never been so true as the news this week is simply spiffing, well, it's top hole if you have absolutely no time for the retards that have been running this country for the past 7 years! You may ask why 7 years and, believe it or not, I am going to tell you why, because it is hilarious .
Remember how the government strove to provide  an exceedingly biased SCOTH committee with the opportunity to provide the result needed to smash the smoking ban Bill through parliament? Remember how Prof. Jarvis couldn't find any reason to declare SHS more hazardous than sarin gas but then plumped for the utter, speculative garbage from one Konrad Jamrozic, who somehow made 1 + 1 = 11! If a posthumous "Dunces Cap" could be awarded then this pillock (lauded by the medical world) would certainly hit the button.
Remember how ASH never stopped bleating about businesses ready and willing to embrace this brand new smoke free world and Blair, the best political actor of all time, declaring that "millions of 'clean air' drinkers are just waiting to invade the pubs" [I'll have a pint of clean air please!]-and all the other Blairspin, Brownspin, ASHspin, CRUKspin et al. The majority of the 'great' British public simply lapped it all up-but then the clear majority of the British public didn't smoke then anyway so the kidology was oh so simple! They even provided statistical 'evidence' that smoking bans were good for business.

Shame then that the few of us that rallied against inevitable odds were, simply, verbally 'put down' or simply ignored but now it is all those Willy Wonkers in that great 'Wonker factory' (otherwise known as Westminster) that are starting to see the black hole at the end of a very short tunnel 
Suddenly it has been declared, after years of life shortening hysteria, that women who quit smoking by the age of 40 can expect to live an extra 10 years! Quite what happens if they give up when they are 41 or 39 I'm not sure but this is a considerable back-track on previous death sentences handed out to those who dared to smoke.

Five years on and we look upon the 12,000+ businesses that have folded since the smoking ban and, more importantly, courtesy of the smoking ban. The ban that was supposed to be welcomed by businesses nationwide!  Some of the losses incurred by licensees are simply horrendous yet our government/s simply ignore them as if they don't matter. I know of one gentleman who sank his life's savings ( £170,000 ) into his dream pub worked all the hours possible and left , 3 years into the ban, penniless and claiming benefits-something he had never done throughout his life. A lady from the south remortgaged her home and sank £250,000 into her dream business. She took in all the hype thrown at the gullible British public and believed that 'they would come'. Eighteen months later and she had realised that 'they weren't coming'.      The problem was that she had also realised that she could not carry on and declared bankrupt, walking away with nothing at all. Again, the government cared not a jot as she claimed her benefits.

The signs were already there as  the government watched £254,000,000 disappear from the coffers, courtesy of lost beer taxes, in 2010 alone.

Only the other day we saw that Punch Taverns/Inns (whatever they decide to call themselves) moaning that sales were down another £30,000,000. Err, weren't they part of the 'clean air/ business/ drinkers' syndrome banded about by Blair? For a company built on the 'ponzi' scheme they have seen the 'benefits' of backing the wrong horse as their shares have plummeted from £13.78 --> £00.10p, shareholders delight I don't think!

2012 has seen beer sales fall by another  51,000,000 pints as the once faithful customers shun their former haunts in favour of home drinking. More misery for the financially beleaguered government. Do I have any sympathy for them? Absolutely none! They don't deserve any.

And now we find  a Margaret Mitchell (MSP) declaring that all is not well in her consituency as 25% of the pubs have departed since 2006! She is concerned that "the local pubs provide a space where people can meet and socialise" are closing at an unprecedented rate-well there's a thing!

CAMRA, you know who they are! They are the loony group that beseech everyone to drink 'real ales', well everyone that is except those who choose to smoke and they are also the loony group that have brought every reason for pubs closing to the fore except the smoking ban! Anyway, even this tribe of halfwits have agreed that we are now losing pubs at the rate of 18 per week-a far cry from the heady days of 56 per week and 15 more than ever was pre-ban. But at eighteen per week you have to ask the question of how much this is all costing our now skint government per week? We know we're skint when the leader of the opposition decides to inform the government of such a matter!

Do you now start to see how all the lies we were fed WERE actual lies-pure & simple. I've always said that the smoking ban was built on lies, fabrications, manipulated statistics and pure and utter junk science-I don't think I'm wrong either!

We now know that this government, through local councils, are going to wage war on the shisha communities because a certain few don't like people smoking. 

 

More lunacy, more bankruptcies, more personal grief but will this government care one iota(?) I doubt it. The lies & the fabricated 'evidence' is already in place with ASH so they will grab the media headlines yet again. What they won't tell you is that since 2002 a whole new science against shisha has been developed by four members of the WHO - and their work has been peer reviewed by......the same four members of the WHO. Incredible! To their chagrin we already know what lies they will come up with

But amid all this chaos and destruction of societies there is one shining light of hope as Edith Schippers has bucked the trend in no uncertain terms as Holland has refused to accede to the demands of the tobacco control freaks. She says that gruesome pictures are ridiculous and unnecessary and I have to agree as most of the smokers I know have collected 'the full set' from fag packets in the belief that when sanity returns they will be collectors items. They may well be right. Edith also says that banning cigarette vending machines will be placing a financial burden on local businesses; quite right too as in the past 35 years of drinking in pubs (excluding the last 5 of course) I've never seen 10/11/12 year olds sneaking into a pub to extract a packet of fags at the exhorbitant prices charged by such machines! You see, amidst all this ideological lunacy Holland has left the smoking matter to the people themselves as they are adults and therefore capable of making their own choices-apparently we are not!

Stivoro (the Dutch branch of ASH) have, predictably, accused dear old Edith of 

  "The Netherlands would appear to let commercial interests prevail above the interests of public health," a spokesman said.

In reality, Stivoro cannot stomach the thought of their cushy little number being snatched from under their noses. Note here that from next year Stivoro's government funding is being halved-how joyous that is! As soon as a government sees the light (ie, the imminent cost of an ideology) it reacts to save its economy and also the businesses that feed that economy-that is pure economical business sense.
Our country? well what hope is there in reality? We are shedding jobs like rose petals in an autumn breeze as we give money to Turkey and lose up to 1,500 jobs here. We happily sit back and applaud the fact that we've wasted another £9,000,000 on that silly charade called Stoptober (where I suppose another 10 million people gave up smoking for ever-well, you never know what gov't hype is around the corner!) and also dismiss the fact that another 18 pubs-as in businesses- went to the wall and that even more pain was added to our already overburdened welfare bill. The answer is simple, there is no hope for the simple reason that the silly Willy Wonkers in Westminster haven't got any bollocks-they dare not say they got it wrong, which they have by a large margin.
So, we shall simply flounder on, shedding jobs, culling businesses which could easily blossom, building an even larger & stronger unemployment queue and all the time more and more pigeons will come home to roost. We are already £1trillion in debt so what's another £4/5/6 or even 10 trillion matter so long as we eradicate the humble cigarette? Short sighted Wonkers, the lot of them! And those pigeons will still keep coming home!

So, another day another dollar, except in this case it happens to be another hospital bowing to the inevitable-reinstating smoking shelters! You see folks, after 5 years of bludgeoning smokers mentally, and physically trying to remove them from the front, sides & back of buildings, especially hospital buildings, they have conceded the point that legally the smokers are 100% in the right!
I remember one of the earliest battles with 'Hospital Trust' management was conducted with some buffoon at the Great Western Hospital (Swindon) as they were adamant that as smoking was now banned indoors they could simply ban it outdoors, in the open air where ther are no buildings! For some weird reason, hospitals had decided that they were the new law makers-yeah, 'right wierd that!'

 Bosses at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon imposed a smoking ban on the site last year.

Note here that it was "the bosses" who imposed the outdoor smoking ban not a majority of the 649 sheep who sit in Westminster fiddling whatever expenses deem suitable to be fiddled. Despite numerous letters of protest to "the bosses", they ignored the illegality of their actions and even went so far as to employ a brace of 'flat-footed-turkeys' to waddle around the hospital grounds badgering smokers to remove themselves. It wasn't long before the 'flatfeet' reported they were being threatened, ignored or both! More to the point, if they only paid this pair £250 per week each then the Great Western were depriving their patients of £26,000 of health care every year!
 We had many other instances at other regional hospitals but now they are seeing the light and reversing their previous pompous, high & mighty decisions and paying for smoking shelters in the hope that smokers will at least stay away from the main entrances. Although a non smoker I am very happy to say that after much wrangling & letter writing, Leicester Royal Infirmary has also revised its exterior smoking policy and that there is now a smoking shelter at the bottom of the slope leading to the main entrance-at least some smokers are respecting this move. But it is part of the wrangling that brings to mind an event a couple of years ago when I was supporting a friend who was undergoing chemotherapy-and you really have to sit down and try to grasp what was said on that day:-
Envisage the scene if you will..... first lot of fluids through the tubes, 10 minute break and so out onto the balcony for a cigarette, with 'drip stand'-yes, cancer patients still enjoy their fags. Anyway, half way through this gloriously stress relieving smoke a nurse comes out of a doorway about 40ft away and her face told you that trouble was looming.
(N) "Put out that cigarette - NOW!" (she wasn't very polite)
Pardon? (We were the epitome of politeness)
(N) "Put out that cigerette immediately, this is a no smoking hospital you are breaking the law!"
Wrong lady, totally wrong, go and check your facts.
(N) "This is a smoke free hospital therefore you are not allowed to smoke out here, you are upsetting my patients" (I looked all around me at the empty balcony-approx 12ft wide x 70ft long)
Sweetheart, go away before you embarass yourself (looking round again), there are no patients out here, this is part of the exterior of the hospital - look, that's inside the hospital and this is outside the hospital, that's why we have doors!
(N) "Your smoke is bothering my patients, it's coming in through the windows and choking them, put those evil things out immediately!"
(This was becoming hilarious) Would all your patients be behind those windows that are shut tight, because it is a cold miserable day and you wouldn't want your patients to get a chill? There are no beds or patients out here [looking pointedly up and down the balcony]. And if you watch closely the smoke is going directly up into the air and away from the building, that's because today we have a bit of an easterly wind! Now be a good girl and run along back to your ward and leave us alone.
(N) "I shall report you to....I cut her off at that point and told her she could report me to the Illinois National Guard if she so desired but on this occasion she was totally wrong so she'd best shut up and go play with her patients-that didn't go down very well at all I must say!
(N) "You're a disgusting person, those stinking things will kill you. My gradma died last year. 96 she was, smoked all her life but it killed her in the end"
Ah, so that's it, your grandma died and she smoked. Was she a disgusting person? (She started to go a deep, angry red) I don't suppose her death had anything to do with old age then? it had to be the fags! You see  girl, you're just another product of the disgraceful indoctrination that has surrounded this smoking furore, just another 'force fed puppet' of ASH.

My friend lit another cigarette and turned his back on her after that idiotic question and I simply waved her away. Nobody came to forcibly remove us, nobody else bothered themselves with two males, a drip trolley and a cigarette.
A couple of weeks ago I was told about the new smoking shelter at the bottom of the slope and smiled quietly to myself for I wondered what our eager young nurse would have to say about that!  Interestingly the tannoy system placed directly above the entrance door is still spouting misinformation for the lady monotonously tells us every minute or so ":

"Welcome to Leicester hospital. You are on NHS property and it is against the law to smoke in this area..........."

You see, they cannot resist trying to enforce their will upon those who choose to smoke and I shall be writing to the new CEO forthwith and pointing this out . Do you see how they always feel the need to emphasise their position by telling outright lies?
Happily, yet another regional hospital has bowed to the inevitable and have decided that three brand new smoking shelters are to be built on the grounds-at a ridiculous cost of £17,000! Quite where the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn are buying these shelters from I do not know but at £5,666.66 each they must be something special!        
When you read the newspaper article spare a moment to read Martin Dockrell's comments-and then re read

  “Without doubt, the ideal from a health point of view would be to have no smoking in hospital grounds at all but the top priority for any smokefree rules is to protect people from secondhand smoke"

Despite there being not one single, solitary death recorded from SHS, Dockrell still relentlessly bangs the drum about SHS killing swathes of people nationwide-what a plonker!

 “If patients with asthma, heart conditions or at risk of a stroke are having to walk through clouds of smoke at the hospital entrance, the hospital management have to tackle that urgently".

"Clouds of smoke...!" This would be the odd wisps that immediately aim themselves skyward-up and away from smokers & non smokers alike. More emphasis on bullshit speak.

“The second priority should be to help smokers who want to quit. Providing patients and visitors with a little advice and enough nicotine gum or patches is the best way to help them manage their cravings and it might even show them that quitting might be easier than they think.”

".....smokers who want to quit..." more damnation of the complete waste of public money on that excercise known as "Stoptober" where supposedly millions of people suddenly threw away their beloved, calming, relaxational and enjoyable cigarettes to become part of the hate mongering culture we now breed.
"Providing a little advice and enough nicotine gum or patches..."-yeah, righty ho then, let's fill the people full of kidology by telling them that if they use enough NRT, even with its 98.4% FAILURE rate, they will become part of the cherished brethren-non smokers. The bullshit from this man and his cronies is seemingly endless, they still believe that after 5 years of non stop badgering, there are people lining up to quit smoking-dear oh dear me! He doesn't sound 1/10th as convinced of his position as he did five years ago! This is the mob that fully advocated the use of a drug that wasn't fully tested - but to be fair it worked, as smokers killed themselves after taking Chantix!

They have been proven to be liars time after time but that doesn't seem to matter these days. They can be seen to be physically destroying our economy but Cameron does nothing to stop the rot. Why?
The answer is simple my friends, the WHO have decided that tobacco needs to be eradicated-that's all it is!

They are paid, from your taxes, to spread misery, hatred and death to otherwise normal, happy people. Last week I told you about Harsh Mangatani who jumped to his death after a  retarded, nosey baboon of a teacher decided to inform his father that he  (Harsh) might be smoking. Another victim of the hate mongering and the propaganda emanating from such as ASH. But there is worse to come!

Yes it is true. Horrific though it is, it is true and we find out that the boys mother tried to burn both her boys for smoking a cigarette. This miserable piece of tormented humanity, mentally plagued by the likes of Arnott et al has been sentenced to eleven(11) years imprisonment for killing her innocent 9 year old son-oh, and almost killing his older brother too! Friend Leg Iron also has strong views on this particular event! Leg Iron is also monitoring the absolutely despicable comments forthcoming.

Of course Arnott will say that 80% of smokers want to quit-all bollox of course for if they really did want to quit then they would. Of course we have Arnott also advocating that we use Chantix/Champix/Varencline in order that we lose the yearning for that detestable tobacco product yet she and all of the others completely neglect to tell anyone of the horrendous consequences of that drug (no matter which name is used).

With court cases stacking up higher than a bankers bonuses it looks as though the pharmaceutical industry is in for a hell of a rough ride compensation wise-and rightly so too for the French have had the good sense to remove this killer drug from the shelves; Arnott will happily inform all and sundry that WE still provide this cure for our smokers. You see folks, such is the mindset of these smokerphobe loons thata death doesn't matter if it is 'only a smoker'. To them (as one commentor stated)  it proves that smoking kills early-even if it's a mother that has incinerated her poor little boy. That's how sick and twisted these people really are. They care not for the life of a smoker, they declare that all smokers are restricting their own lives by 10 years (16 some say???) yet never stop to ask if that person cares about that small fact or not. I shall write to the "B from Sh" and ask her that very question I think. They never stop to ask if that person enjoys smoking that much, why would they be bothered about spending an extra 10-16 years on this godforsaken, do-gooder ruinated earth? Many people simply want to enjoy what time they have on this earth the way they feel best about it, there was never a law that stated that "thou shalt live until thy be 92 or 102 or even 55!" (Jamrozik-for whom we have so much persecution to thank for). Just think, 100 years young and still enjoying a cigarette! Oh Debs...Look! 

So we can clearly see that as long it is the humble smoker being 'shot at' (I use the term loosely) everything is rosy in the garden but when the boot is on the other foot and it is the likes of this murderess, this accomplice to murder who quickly starts squawking to the press  about being threatened by bloggers. As if!
However, when you start adding up all the deaths caused by this anti smoking hatred & hysteria why is it that the likes of Deborah Arnott have not been charged with inciting hatred or conspiring (with others) to cause the deaths of person or persons unnamed or at the very least 'being an accomplice to murder'? For that is the true evil emanating from this  "witch from Shoreditch", there is no other consideration! Just how many crimes on this list is she guilty of engineering?

Long have ASH and their lying, cheating, manipulative cronies from all walks of the anti tobacco fraternity held sway over what occurs on the medical side of parliamentary debate, but their time is coming to an end-thank God! From openly bragging about the 'smoke & mirrors' campaign to bring about a total ban on indoor smoking we now have the head of that despicable, government funded lobby group has now now been caught with her dirty, grubby little paws well and truly in the manipulation pot! The best of it is that scientific study shows that Second Hand Smoke is no danger to human life in the first place, but so worried was she that public opinion might actually be against her concerning the plain packaging that she wantonly urged all anti tobacco organisations to use multiple signatures - 

“I understand that you have been copied into an email from a junior member of the UKCTCS which was circulated to the UKCTCS list encouraging sign up to the various websites supporting plain packs stating, ‘You can only vote once on each petition, but I would seriously doubt that there will be cross checking between charity petitions so it may be worth signing all of them to get your money’s worth!"

In other words, if all anti tobacco warriors sign every petition available, no matter how many times they sign for the same result, there is absolutely no way that those idiots (err...the general public) will have an earthly of defeating the proposal: we win again.  Simples!
So blase are these obnoxious, pleasure deny-ers on Shoreditch High Street that they only remonstrate about such a practise when the race is over and done with. The Commentator leads with "Corruption behind the government’s public consultation on standardised packaging of tobacco products"and they nail Arnott fairly & squarely to the mast-as should be done! Lansley has fallen on his sword of tobacco revulsion, so has Milton and Arnott should follow!

 

The British Medical Association have also been well and truly rogered by that master jewel thief Dick Puddlecote as their army of cohorts have sent them spiralling into the humiliating abyss of embarrassing defeat thanks to blatant lies, manipulation & propaganda. In the meantime, not one of these callous, psychological thugs has said a single word about the sad demise of this 20 year old student Harsh Mangatani who had the audacity to enjoy a cigarette. His teacher, however, saw fit to report this heinous crime to the boys father and minutes later this haert rendering statement appeared on facebook:

'Harsh' then went 'skydiving' from a 4th floor window and immediately met his death. His death has been recorded as suicide yet what was the actual cause of death? Answer, quite simply, interfering busybodies who take other peoples pleasures far too seriously. The teacher should be charged with 'causing death by dangerous mouthing'; ie manslaughter. Any qualms about such an event Debs or is it just another acceptable part of your evil manipulations?
In another bizarre twist and from all the propaganda issued over the past half decade, Pfizer have suddenly decided to make an 'out of court settlement' with the wife of a Minnesota man who died after taking this 'smoking curative'.   

 “We can confirm that we have settled this case,” Chris Loder, a Pfizer spokesman, said in an e-mailed statement today. “Terms are confidential.”

Oh you can bet your sweet ass  “Terms are confidential.”! They certainly won't want to disclose how much it has cost them to keep the case (and chantix) out of court! And why do they want to keep it out of court? Because they know that by losing in court the open the floodgates of financial purgatory! After all they have only just had the time to come to terms with a $60m fine for a decade of bribery & corruption. About the same time they have been plying British anti smoking organisations with money! January sees the next legal round in America.
As the lies, fabrications, manipulated statistics & junk science are becoming looser than a whores draws on payday it is highly amusing that the anti tobacco  mob released this little gem:

 "Brussels police have swept the offices of two major public health organisations for bugs following a break-in at a building in the rue de Tréves in which laptops and documents relating to their battles against the tobacco industry were stolen."

Now they must be worried about what form of corruption news is going to be released prior to their version of the said form of corruption- news or it wouldn't matter two hoots that the information had been stolen! What are these arch manipulators cooking up next as they slowly but surely destroy the financial structure of this country? They don't care about the welfare or the prosperity of this country, there is nothing so certain as that. They simply want to continue drawing as much in wages as they possibly can before our government finally realises that it is merely a pawn in the game.

On a slightly different note but still appertaining to what is going on smoke ban wise we find that Trenton Oldfield was sent to prison for 6 months for interrupting the Oxford v Cambridge boat race. Of that I am not unduly surprised as the law has become a complete joke since July 1st, 2007 but the important part of this case is the summing up by the judge, the supposedly learned Judge Anne Molyneu.
She states : 

'You did nothing to address inequality by giving yourself the right to spoil the enjoyment of others. In doing so you acted without regard for equality and contrary to the meaning of it. You made your decision to sabotage the race based on the membership or perceived membership of its participants to which you took exception. That is prejudice. No good ever comes from prejudice. It is a necessary part of a liberal and tolerant society that no one should be targeted because of a characteristic with which another takes issue. Prejudice in any form is wrong.'

Thank you Judge Anne Molyneu, you have just shot the entire anti smoking lobby up the arse and made the case for separate smoking rooms, ventilation and the rights for licencees to choose for themselves!

Therefore, in the eyes of the law this prejudice against smokers is also wrong, severely wrong and must be righted-and the means to right this terrible wrong are seemingly simple: ventilation & separate rooms! And when this is suitably done, all ex-licensees, all those ex-club owners and all those forced out o0f business and onto the 'dole queues' thanks to the most unlawful law ever passed should line up and sue this government for they had their chance to amend the ban as soon as they got into power.naive as to assume that no smokers voted for the promise of law reforms!
So you see folks, the house of cards is falling, the builders of the house should be facing prison sentences, the perpetrators of this despicable crime against humanity should be publicly flogged, then hung out to dry for they have created Lord only knows what pain & suffering, homelessness & hardship, anguish & stress to millions of people. Health??? it was never about health for the simple reason that nothing could be proven that SHS caused 11,000 deaths per annum (CRUK CROOK), even idiotic Welsh Dr's didn't want to fight it out with me- 'exhaust to hose pipe' v 'me and cigarette smoke for 20 minutes' in a sealed car The sham has been exposed, the illegality exposed for all to see and, at long last "the house of cards is falling all around us..."
