Bombed out - again!

Smoking Bans kill Businesses - FACT!

During the 2nd World War we were subject to bombing raids by the German Air Force who used the Junckers 88 to flat-pack parts of England. It was a twin engined, multirole combat aircraft designed by Junkers Flugzeug- und Motorenwerke to be a 'speed bomber'. Like a number of other Luftwaffe bombers, it was used successfully as a bomber, dive bomber, night fighter, torpedo bomber, reconnaissance aircraft, heavy fighter and even, during the closing stages of the conflict in Europe, as a flying bomb. Fair bit of kit one might say as it reduced many parts of this country to rubble.
Move on 70 years and we've been bombed out by a Junkers again - this time it's a Jean Claude Junkers, the ex Luxembourg President who has been voted in as the next president of the EU.

Junckers 88-the multi tasker!
Back in the 1940's we had the most reliable Spitfire & Hurricane taking to the air to do battle with these Junckers thingies (plus of course the ground based 'ack-ack' guns), which resulted in many a plane heading earthward at a rate of knots.

Present day we have "The Camoron" (most unreliable) flying into battle for us in the 'Battle of Brussels'. The 'Camoron' is a spineless defender of this country, so much so that his main weapon is 'hot-air', 99% of which emanates from his Oxford educated lips and the other 1% (probably more influential) comes from the bottom end of this totally inadequate fighting machine, defender of our shores & believer in our freedoms (the last bit was a hint at humour!).

"The Camoron" shot down by a Junkers-2014!
Nice one Dave, your final bid to try and show the British people that you were fighting against the EU, when in fact you are all FOR the EU has failed abysmally as you have been humiliated completely by 26 -2 votes, not to mention the pay scales involved re your job & his! In Oxford terminology I think that the result can be considered as "a damned good thrashing old boy!"
What is totally obvious, even to this boy on the street, is that the powers 'that be' in Brussels couldn't give a twopenny-toss what we think, what we do or even what we think we can do - so why are you fighting a 'waste of space' battle Dave? Mind you, in reality, YOU are a waste of space, full of hot air & fully blown with self importance - so what hope do the British people have? NONE!
Probably just as well that the good people of this country are finally beginning to see the light and voted in their droves for the only party that wears its heart on its veritable sleeve - the United Kingdom Independence Party.
THE RESULTS UK Independence Party 27.5% (+11%) 23 MEPS (+10)

Labour 25.4% (+9.7%) 18 MEPs (+7)

Conservative 23.9% (-3.8%) 18 MEPs (-7)

Green 7.9% (-0.75%) 3 MEPs (+1)

Liberal Democrat 6.9% (-6.8%) 1 MEP (-9)
SNP 2.5% (+0.34%) 2 MEPs
Plaid Cymru 0.7% (-0.2%) 1 MEP
Firstly, I am delighted that all my ranting about  the Cleggerons has finally paid off as  they lost virtually everything and the 'Schoolboy in Long Trousers' was wiped off the european political map (soon to follow suit in Britain too). As a political force in this country..... they are not, they are finished -but Clegg will feed off the state for the rest of his natural days via his deputy PM pension - what a touch he's had there while the rest of us struggle!

Beppe Grillo joins forces with UKIP
The best bit of news is that Beppe Grillo, Italy's "5-Star" anti EU political party, which shocked EU nutters by winning 17 (seventeen) seats in their elections, has joined forces with UKIP to bring this overbearing EU juggernaut to a grinding halt.
Following an online poll on Thursday 78 per cent of Five Star members, or 23,121 people, voted to join Mr Farage's Europe of freedom and democracy group in a personal triumph for the Ukip leader. Only 10 per cent, or 2,930 voted to join David Cameron's Conservative grouping.
Italy is heading toward bankruptcy, Spain is already virtually bankrupt & Portugal are bankrupt yet 'they' continue to believe that a United States of Europe is feasible-what is wrong with these people I ask?
One of the contributing factors to all this poverty is smoking bans. Yes, you may well laugh & jeer but ask yourselves this simple question: "can you name any other law, in this country, that has closed night on 14,000 businesses and put nigh on 250,000 people out of work ?" (and that is only this idiot country!) Answers in the comments section please, I'll look forward to reading them.
In this country we have (sorry, had) a solid social institution. It was known as a Working Man's Club yet many of them are closing down and have done at a greater rate of knots since july 1st, 2007. Why? Smoking bans have killed of the membership factor by which all these instutions survive. Smoking bans have divided communities, split the social scene in two and so much so that last month alone (proudly reported in the Club Journal itself) we see that nine (9) clubs have closed for good: here is the death toll.....
Seghill & District Workmen's Social Club...D.O.D May 2014
Murton Ex-Servicemen's Social Club...D.O.D May 2014
Pelton RAOB Club...D.O.D May 2014
Stanley Hibernian Club...D.O.D May 2014
Winlaton &District Social Club...D.O.D May 2014
Trevethin & Penygarn WM Club...D.O.D May 2014
Underwood Social club...D.O.D May 2014
Garden House WMC...D.O.D May 2014
Ayresome Quoit & Air Rifle WMC...D.O.D May 2014

 Aylestone WMC, Leicester. Died 2011
As a member of a WMC it breaks my heart to see the social fabric of this country destroyed because of a law that has been introduced on the back of lies, fabrications, manipulated statistics & junk science - but at least we now know that corruption starts at the very highest level. The clubs have their own organisation to deal with all matters clublife but it is a sad truth that their overlords (the CIU) are now failing them badly for the one chance the clubs have of getting lost members back has been ruled out by their National Executive: they have ruled that e-cigarettes should NOT be allowed in the clubs. How utterly stupid are these people I ask? They are not 'smoking', they are not 'employing a lit substance' so they cannot be transgressing any laws. In this months Club Journal we even find (page 6) an Andrew Dane [who purports to be "The Business Medic"] asking idiotic questions about how to handle 'e-smokers'. It would seem that  someone has been 'got at' somewhere for I cannot believe the stupidity of outlawing e-cigs in an indoor environment. When nine clubs close in a month it is time to be asking what we can do to save our clubs, not ensure more closures! The clubs now have another avenue for sound advice on such matters! "Eros in Mauris" indeed!
Justice4Smokers
But isn't this the way the country is going generally folks? Create less job opportunities yet allow more people in that have very few job skills in the first place! Create a system where the benefit system is no longer sustainable and then 'sanction' unknown numbers of genuine claimants so that they are pauperised? make the housing market unaffordable for first time buyers so that private rentals charges rocket skyward and then 'cap' benefits..... and all the time donate £55,000,000 per day to the avaricious, non stop money machine known as the EU. This is why Camoron was 'bombed out' by 26-2 votes, the EUonly want our wealth and
only UKIP can stop this happening!

The way forward is now crystal clear!

Smoking bans KILL busineses-FACT!

So, we had the media furore up at Newark last week, where only the most optimistic would think that good friend Roger Helmer had any chance of overturning the Tories 16,000 majority. Interesting that the Tories, considering the Newark seat was bombproof, fielded another "cardboard cutout", an unknown to sit at the right hand of Camoron and nod in the appropriate places - God help us!

Roger Helmer: Voters Go To Polls In Newark By-Election
Roger Helmer & Nigel Farage laughing at the battalions
of Tories called in to campaign
However, it is more interesting to note that Camoron metaphorically 'shat his panties' when finally realising the growing force that UKIP truly is and went so far as to order all his troops (including Cabinet Ministers) to get off their well paid backsides and canvass support. No doubt he suddenly realised that he was up against a formidable opponent who, for many years, was actually a staunch Tory! That UKIP's footsoldiers were contronted by Camorons 'crack troops' speaks volumes of the progress made by UKIP & the wealth of belief in UKIP that is spreading around the country!
The bare result is simple to digest:
      1...Robert Jenrick (Con) 17,431 (45.03%, -8.82%)
      2...Roger Helmer (UKIP) 10,028 (25.91%, +22.09%)
      3...Michael Payne (Lab) 6,842 (17.68%, -4.65%)
      4...Paul Baggaley (Ind) 1,891 (4.89%)
      5...David Kirwan (Green) 1,057 (2.73%)
      6...David Watts (LD) 1,004 (2.59%, -17.41%)
      7...Nick The Flying Brick (Loony) 168 (0.43%)
The immediate and laughable thing to note here is that the LibDems managed to lose to the Greens and an Independent, only comprehensively rousting Nick the Flying Brick from the Monster Raving Loony party! Bye bye all Cleggerons, you are now totally finished I'm delighted to say, so you can take all your pro-europe fantasies with you and hope Brussels will find a miniscule role for you. (Have they got enough sweeping brushes over there?)
The second thing to note is that the Tories, although holding this massively safe seat, saw their dominance slaughtered (yet again) as they saw their share of the vote diminish by 8.82% as the UKIP surge carried on from the EU elections.  UKIP increased their share of the vote by a massive 22.09%-reducing the Tory majority from 16,000 --> 7,000. Camoron has plenty to be worried about, we know it, he knows it.

Lots of pictures-not exactly "Plain" are they!
Did anyone notice that 'call me dave' omitted the Plain Packaging codswallop from the Queens speech yesterday? Yes? No? Do you think that this pathetic nannyist health lobby coward has now finally cottoned onto what the health lobby are up to? Do you think that he is now fully aware of the truth of the disaster that was the Australian 'health nutters' ideals of Plain Packaging as they now seek to reverse it. Certainly, as reported in earlier blogs, the N.Zealand government have aborted the idea for they know that $millions will be lost in legal battles over something that simply isn't worth the investment. You see folks, they still don't get it (or maybe they are slowly starting to understand?), that it is a persons freedom of choice as to whether they smoke or not, not the states.
OK, so some people object to the smell of tobacco smoke, that is their right, but this is exactly the reason why pubs should have been given the choice, given the option of a smoking room if they wanted. No one would force a non smoker or a smoker hater into that smoking room and food wouldn't have been served in it but Blairs so called intellectual ministers, ably backed by that cretin Donaldson having a 'hissy fit', couldn't be bothered to look after the people via variations of a smoking ban and simply went the whole hog-I'll bet even the WHO could believe their luck! Anyone noticed how one of the major pubcos has now welcomed vapers (e-cigs) into their universe with open arms? They want their customers BACK.

The trouble though is that government, nor government 'intelligence sources' (a misnomer if there ever was one) never bothered themselve to hear the truth of what the ban was doing (whereas Farage did) and now have a massive problem with shortage of incoming monies and ever lengthening dole queues. For some reason, maybe those Bilderbergers or the NWO have made promises, Camoron is loathe to take us out of europe immediately, instead, pinning his hopes on a second term in office on yet another false promise of a referendum when re-elected. Hogwash, folks, utter bloody hogwash!
The way forward is indeed crystal clear as UKIP gain more & more ground on the "BIG2". UKIP ARE the third party in British politics and WILL have seats in Westminster at the next election-of that fact you can be sure (anyone want to offer me 100/1 UKIP winning at least 1 seat?).

UKIP (Hull) celebrate their breakthrough!
The way forward is absolutely crystal clear, it's called COMMON SENSE,  and there is only one party talking such at this present time. Labour strongholds are not impervious to the rise of UKIP either so next years elections are going to be mighty interesting. One thing is for sure - the ilLiberal unDemocrats are finished, but they never had any COMMON SENSE in the first place! The rise in UKIPs fortunes will continue for they ARE the only party that talk to the people and listen to the people-it's not rocket science is it! UKIP are grass roots, not toffee nosed  university toffs born & bred to live a life in the public trough. The people have had enough of the toffs and the so called Nu-Labour traitors that now care nothing for the working classes.
The way forward is indeed crystal clear-UKIP, onward & upward!

Bob Blackman MP -just another ASH clone

Smoking bans KILL businesses-FACT!

Today we see the smug face of Bob Blackman MP who is, apparently, rejoicing in the fact that  Cameron is forwarding with the ridiculous plans for Plain Packing (PP), yet there are a considerable number of sensible Tory MPs who object..... and they onject on the most sensible of grounds too! let's go via Bob 'blackheart' Blackman first shall we:-
" I must declare a personal interest here: both my parents died prematurely from smoking related disease."
BLACKMAN Bob     Well diddley-boo 'Blackheart', find me a family in this country that hasn't been touched by cancer in the past 50 years? The only difference in the past 7 years is that ASH, CRUK et al (not to mention the entire medical world at large), have used every possible illness that could possibly be linked to smoking a cigarette has been linked..... to smoking a cigarette - even gout! My second observation is that obviously the 'honourable Blackheart' was fully aware of both his parents time to depart this world and can, therefore, categorically prove that they died "prematurely" as they obviously departed before that mythical date! And no doubt it clearly stated on their death certificates that causation WAS smoking related?
"Smoking is still by far the most common cause of premature death in our country, and indeed across the world. It seems to me entirely proper, therefore, that it should be a matter of concern to our Government, and indeed to everyone who believes that one of the duties of governments is to protect the public from threats to their health and wellbeing."

How is smoking causing premature death when we are all different? By 'different' I simply mean that some are born to smoke and some not-and, some are born to lead a long life and some a very short life and, unfortunately, some are born to plague smokers to death when in actual fact, those that choose to smoke are simply allowing their freedom of choice to be displayed-bit like choosing beans over tomato's with your 'full english' in the mornings! And again, did we have all those deaths recorded as premature simply because all those people did actually have a fully dated lifespan recorded somewhere, thus had the audacity to precede that allotted lifespan-or is it just another simple generalisation from those in the medical profession who choose to play on our fears? I rather suspect the latter myself for I've searched my entire carcasse and cannot find an "out of date" sign, mark, stamp or anything else to indicate my d.o.d so I can only assume that if I live to 110 I will still have died PREMATURELY!
As for the second part of old 'blackhearts' anaalogy, then I suggest that he  wages war with Camoron on the subject of motor vehicular emission; aka, exhaust fumes! Note here folks that as smoking rates have decreased over the past 55 years, industrialisation rocketed, causing much pollution to fill our skies.

Cancer caused by diesel fumes-read on Bobby boy!
Now, some 50 years AFTER this industrial explosion, the WHO have merrily declared that the very air we breathe is of a cancerous nature yet also declare that SHS is HARMLESS! So, Mr 'Blackheart', when are you waging war on the air that we breathe & motorisation I ask?
" This Government has already rightly implemented reforms to try to stop young people from starting to smoke..... "
But what use are they I ask? Just as many people smoke now as did pre-ban and why is that? The answer is simple Mr 'Blackheart', the people have grown used to the lies, the frauds, the manipulated statistics & the junk science surrounding this entire anti-tobacco campaign and basically have more important matters to concern themselves over-like existing from week to week:
..... like being able to pay the rent:
.......... like being disabled but scorned by ATOS;
...............like having a spare room and being taxed on it:
.................... like actually having no home at all!.
What people cannot comprehend is the fact that government are taking the carving knife to our beloved yet are happy to WASTE £1/2billion every single month on this futile ban programme. I say futile because it is futile for if people want to smoke then 'By God Sir' they will smoke!
Our MP Bob 'Blackheart' furthers himself into the mire with this next bit:-
"It is of course absolutely right that, as Conservatives, we demand good evidence (can we see it then please?) before we resort to legislation. We should only use the law to prevent harm when we can be confident that the harm is serious, and that the proposed remedy is likely to work. (The trouble being that we already know that it won't!)
For that very reason, the Government appointed Sir Cyril Chantler, an eminent paediatrician, to review the public health case for standardised packaging. His excellent (substitute 'dubious' please)  report is available here, and I would urge anyone with an interest in this subject to read it. It is a model of how a review of this kind should be conducted. He concludes that:
“the body of evidence shows that standardised packaging, in conjunction with the current tobacco control regime, "is very likely to" lead to a modest but important reduction over time on the uptake and prevalence of smoking and thus have a positive impact on public health”.
Now we all know that Chantler was simply sent over there to find 'some sort of evidence' but what he actually found was ..... NONE..... excepting the fact that illegal tobacco sales had grown considerably and shopkeepers were moaning about losing sales. In other words, PP in Australia was a complete failure-especially as the Aussie Treasury lost money too. Note the important use of words here --> is very likely to...!  Not exactly heart warming or emphatically good news for Camoron to act upon was it! Rather the opposite I think!
Anyway, enough of old 'Blackheart' and his idiotic ramblings, most of which should be consigned to the bin-there are far more important matters at hand.
And now to the cusp of the matter, the thing that is really going to rock any governments boat (and many of them are already on rather choppy water). 'PP' WILL, WITHOUT DOUBT, be the best bonus ball that those who trade in such could hope for-and I for one applaud them for their aplomb in openly admitting that they will make an absolute fortune if/when PP is introduced into this country. I will tell you here and now, and quite brazenly too, that if I need any tobacco products of any sort in the future (with PP having been enacted) I will be straight down the road to my local  'man in van' with my wedge! Why on earth would I want to pay this government a shedload of tobacco tax when they are trying to suppress peoples freedom of choice?
Not only do we have the police stating the obvious, that illegal sales will rocket, but we have erudite politicians voicing exactly the same thing! But will Camoron listen?
Perhaps if he includes the SUN newspaper in his morning break we might find him spluttering coffee all over No10 when he reads this gem! It basically tells of an Indonesian entrepreneur who make lots & lots of money by making/selling cigarettes-and fair play to him for that I say. Good friend Chris Snowdon has written quite nicely on the subject and it shows the complete ludicrousness of PP and all that it stands for.
I mean to say, we have a crooked EU parliament/government that is trying its damnedest to get our money (by hook or by crook), we are already giving away £1/2billion per month on this ridiculous anti-smoking campaign and we are now considering sacrificing more of our hard earned pennies by employing PP - you really could not make this up, it's just a recipe for financial disaster! We keep allowing immigrants into this country when it is already abundantly clear that we don't have the jobs to support them, and now we are considering passing a law that will make non-immigrants so rich that they wouldn't want to come here - how crazy is that? This is probably why the party known as UKIP are picking up votes here, there & everywhere for they have a leader who relies on common sense; ie, if people want to smoke let them smoke, it is their freedom of choice. People are sick to death of all this nannying 'BS' and 'Blackhearts' latest publication on "Conservative Home" which merely tells us that he is against smoking/smokers, doesn't give two hoots about our economy and certainly is not impressed by us (the people) having a freedom of choice! Here's what it's all about Bob ----->

3 months old and I'm already dying! Breathe it in baby breathe it in.
Now let me finish with some actual truths Mr Blackman:
My wife's family have lost 9 members to various cancers. None of them smoked though one did take up smoking after being diagnosed as terminally ill ("let's see what it all about" he said). Non of them drank, being a little religious and very 'home security' conscious (mortgage & bills etc) and they ranged from between the ages of 34 -96. The only surviving member smoked for 50 years and only recently retired from that noble art because he "couldn't be bothered anymore".
Now if none of those 9 people smoked why did they all contract some form of cancer Mr Blackman?
As we deliberate this matter, far more important matters are taking place a mere 40 miles away in newark where my good friend & libertarian Roger Helmer 'doth do battle' for the honour of being the first elected UKIP MP. Now the Tories have a solid 16,000 majority in Newark but I don't see this as a matter of UKIP usurping the incumbents but more of a challenge of 'how big a slice of that 16,000 will they get'? We already know that Camoron is a worried men after the EU election results (and well he might be) but what has occurred here is unprecedented! He has ordered his 'Cabinet' to sally forth to Newark and do some proper work, pounding the pavements and campaigning. Wowee, I certainly don't remember, certainly not in my time on earth (not sure when I'm leaving it yet-need to ask Mr Blackheart esq!) an order of this magnitude prior to a run of the mill by-election so there's a fair indication that Camoron is sh*****g his Tory panties at the possibility of an ex tory (Roger) taking a considered safe seat from the Tories. And so he should be for Roger is very mild of manner, a terrific speaker & a very intelligent person who values freedoms just as I do, you do and a whole host of others do!
Roger Helmer Newark UKIP
Roger Helmer, with major support in Newark

Where UKIP have carefully put a seasoned, well spoken and remarkably intelligent man into 'bat', the Tories have fielded yet another cardboard cut-out in the shape of Mr Robert Jenrick who seems to have a property portfolio of some £5m yet has never run his own business and actually works for Christie's-the auction people! So we have a man who has done business all over the world up against a pip-squeak with no business whatsoever-this will be interesting! Personally, much as I would love to see Roger Helmer take the seat, I think that reducing the Tory majority by 10,000 will be a stupendous feat. Good luck tomorrow guys & girls.

Common Sense-it's what UKIP are all about!
